I DO NOT recommend this company for any renovations. My poor mom who is currently having her bathroom renovated has had nothing but problems since this job started, which by the way started October 25, 2021 and still isn't completed. Items have been ordered wrong and had to be reordered, which has taken weeks (company's fault since everything was documented in the contract, so they can't even order something correctly). They said the bathroom would be completed in 2 weeks, it's now December 01, 2021 and it's still not completed. They have a hard time finding staff to complete the job (example,

We started our bathroom reno experience 5 months ago and learn alot. They have one installer Jordon that l would recommend he is very knowledgeable and very meticulous with his work. Although we had problems in the beginning with our shower which was not started with Jordon he did fix the initial leak. Over all we love our bathroom but l think had Jordon started this reno we would not have had the problems with our shower.. And a thank you to Tony the owner as he keeps on top of any problems.

Hello,
My husband and I were referred by a friend of ours to contact this company when we showed an interest in freshening up our master bathroom and main floor powder room and we are happy & content that we did. We visited the showroom, asked many questions, and were open to suggestions. We are very happy with the finished product in both rooms, and our overall experience. What stood out most were the workmen (Arnold and Jim ) being tidy, respectful, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you!

I had my kitchen renovated a year and a half ago and the repairs are not done. They also refuse to replace the cabinet fronts which were damaged when the counter top was installed. I would not recommend doing business with Brandom Kitchens and Bath Centre. Communication is very poor as well.
