Tanya Hogg was born and raised in Regina. She graduated from Thom Collegiate and went on to continue her education within the Optical Industry through N.A.I.T offering a 2 year course and became a Licensed Optician in 1997. Working within many different clinics gave her the experience to provide excellent customer service, as well as educate patients in the latest lens technology, as well as a frame consulting.

Dr. Nguyen was born and raised in Regina. He graduated from Miller Comprehensive High School and went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biochemistry at the University of Regina. He went on to continue his education at the University of Waterloo graduating with a Doctorate in Optometry.
