Express Entry is an online system that we use to manage applications for permanent residence from skilled workers. Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) Program: To be eligible for the FSW Class a candidate must score at least 67 out of 100 points on this points grid. This is a completely separate points system from the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) used to rank all Express Entry profiles.
