We are a family-owned and operated bakery that has been serving the community since January 2004. Our journey began with the acquisition of International Bakery, a beloved establishment that has been part of Toronto's culinary landscape since the 1970s. Our commitment to quality and tradition is rooted in generations of baking expertise, with our founder Eduardo Gomes learning the trade in Portugal at the age of 13. After working in various Portuguese bakeries in Toronto, Eduardo partnered with his brother-in-law to purchase International Bakery, continuing its legacy while introducing diverse bread varieties to cater to Toronto's multicultural population.We take pride in baking fresh products daily, from artisanal breads and pastries to custom cakes and catering services, all while maintaining strict hygiene standards and industry best practices. Fantastic Bakery! John and the staff always provide exceptional customer service, the focaccia is out of this world, and the pastries are delicious. Probably the best bakery cafe in the area, highly recommend.

We had ordered for a cat theme birthday cake for our daughter's birthday last year. The cake was super soft and fresh. We loved the flavor. It was vanilla with Strawberry icing. This year, we ordered a dog theme one. Nobody could have done it better than R Bakery. It was a black forest with loads of cherries stuffed in the layers. The team was very helpful in deciding the flavor, the size and ensures a seamless transaction. We highly recommend this place.

This bakery has many delicious cakes and desserts. Looks so good and also taste good. Have some, and I bet you will love their cakes as we do. This is the 1st time that we come to this place on the 2nd day of 2022. Happy we had a good choice.

You must try their portuguese tart! It is incredible!!! The chocolate croissant and bakhalava are also delish. Id say any of their pastries are yummy. I just wish I could bring my dog inside when Im at the counter choosing what to take home.

We love everything about Bakery. It's so nice to have a Caf with great quality products in our neighbourhood. The bread is made fresh everyday and they make awesome sandwiches. The porchetta is our favourite. It just depends on the person making it. Its usually great and generous portions, but this time we only got 2 small slices of peppers on our sandwiches that barely covered half of it. We're happy to pay the .75cents per topping, but we felt like our girl really skimped out on us today. It's the first time we've been disappointed, we're usually quite happy with everything, including the friendly
