Integrity: OSI has it. Our expectations as a customer are managed nicely. They set realistic timelines and budgets for our small company and are essentially our (outsourced) IT department. Sure, mistakes sometimes happen but it's how you handle the mistakes that sets a company like this apart. Recommended.
