Laurene Yen
Certified Specialist in Orthodontics
Dr. Yen completed her DMD and MSc in Orthodontics at the University of Toronto. With a background in pharmacology research, she brings scientific rigor to personalized treatment plans. She has been practicing orthodontics since 2015 and teaches at UBC.

This has been a terrible experience! The one front end staff member was, and is the rudest person. Its a shame as Dr.Budd is very nice, but its not worth dealing with the front end ! They keep a running file of all communication with the parents that is so not accurate and on sided that gets passed to all the staff. As I said this has been such a disappointment as Dr. Budd is very nice.

Our son has just finished his orthodontic treatment and we wanted to express our delight in the finished product. His case was a difficult one involving a very detailed , complicated treatment plan which included oral surgery to correct a significant underbite. The whole process was flawless and the coordination between Dr Budd and the oral surgeon was precision. I would highly recommend Dr Budd and his staff not only for their highly regarded clinical skills but also for their approachability , kindness and empathy as he went through this life changing transformation. Thank you with all our hearts
