Cosimo (the founder of Tre Rose Bakery) leaves Italy and arrives in Canada to start a new life. 3 years of running his first Italian bakery have passed, and Cosimo decides to open a second bakery (Perugina bakery) with a new partner. After more than 12 years of successful business in running Italian bakeries, Cosimo decides to do it on his own.
Tre Rose is still going strong as Rexdale's and Etobicoke's best Italian bakery, Cafe and Deli. The family make a big investment in renovations. A new patio and restaurant/dining area give long-time customers a new place to meet, socialize and enjoy delicious pastries and Italian cuisine. Etobicoke's finest Italian bakery has been running strong, serving delicious memories for over 25 years!
