Good, fresh bread doesn't exist without good, fresh flour. So, to achieve our goal, we've changed the way flour is harvested, milled, and baked. At brodflour, we work with the grain, rather than against it. We place fresh at the centre of everything we do, making sure each of our products is alive and packed with nutrients-from the farm, to the mill, to your mouth.

This starts with sourcing premium heritage Canadian grain. We have developed strong relationships with a handful of Canadian farmers, and work closely with them to source and cultivate the highest-quality crops in the country. Each certified organic plant is tested to make sure it meets carefully-set standards for quality, protein content, and moisture.
