Our new technology and equipment allow us to produce a variety of products in a multitude of packaging formats including for Retail, Food Service and the C- Store sectors. Some of the products that are produced are fresh and frozen yeast raised and cake donuts, honey buns, cupcakes, sheet cakes, round cakes, corn bread, Angel Food Cake, Loaf Cakes, Desert Shells and many other seasonal bakery items.
