The PSW Certificate Program is for students who want to start an exciting and rewarding new career in healthcare as a Personal Support Worker. The PSW Bridging Program is for students who are already Health Care Aides or Home Support Workers with or without a formal certificate. The objective of the PSW Certificate Program is to help students master the personal and occupational skills needed to be an exceptional Personal Support Worker.

The program is designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to provide personal care and home management services to communities and institutional settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities and private homes. Students must be 19 years of age on the first day of class or have completed their OSSD.
