Screwed up my prescription wanted me to pay to get a new exam had to go to a different dr and now won't return calls to fix glasses. Caused migraines insomnia and made me sensitive to light still no contact after several calls and email

Don't waste your time here. They f'ed up my eye test giving me a higher prescription lens than I should've had. I guess they don't know how to operate the auto eye machine properly. Maybe the doctor should do the eye test and not the front desk.

Horrible costumer service, sell over priced and we bought then and within 24 hours we found out they sold us overpriced horrible glasses. So we called them and they didn't give us a refund even though they didn't even have them. Tip just don't go
