I called Pest Force roughly a month ago. The receptionist was very nice and personable. She immediately had Sunny come in a few days ago. He explained what I needed to do to prevent these little critters from coming in and he placed traps inside and outside. Sunny, thank you very much. I haven't had any sightings in weeks. What was nice was that Sunny came back the following week for no charge to check up on how things were going. He informed to contact the office again in the spring. Thank you Pest Force and Sunny. Job well done!!!! It is now April 2018. Sunny came over to check on the traps

I'm on the 4th floor of an apartment. My experience started with flies (not fruit flies) but I got rid of those with a sweet soup of Apple cider vineagar and a bit of dishsoap. Next incident I had a mouse!!! My first experience with pestforce. I had some mouse traps put in, another visit was sealing up the water heating pipes with some kind of caulking as I had already stuffed the holes with steel wool. The technician who came to see me a few times was a nice Asain man and I'm sorry I don't remember his name. He was always friendly, informative and would engage in a friendly conversation. He would

Had an appointment set for 16th October between 3-5pm. I call into the centre at 4:00pm worried about a no show, I tell the receptionist that I took time off work to be able to make the appointment. She tells me not to worry, call back at 5pm if nobody shows up. I call back at 4:58pm, and it goes to voicemail.
