I called Birch to have a hornets nest removed from under my overhang. Not only did they remove a very large nest with very angry wasps, but while they were explaining what they did, they noticed an ant nest on my patio that they quickly took care of!

A couple of weeks ago we found ourselves in a tough spot. We had just opened up a wall and removed a bay window to replace it. Inside the wall we found a huge wasp nest and some now very agitated wasps. Now we are stuck we can't put the window back in or put the replacement in as the wasps are very aggressive. We can't wait as it's supposed to rain and there is a big hole in the wall where the window used to be.We called around to multiple companies. We got the same answer over and over again. We might be able to get someone there next week to come look( not to deal with them just to assess) .

My unit got treated for bed bugs twice now, after the second treatment they said there are no more bed bugs! Saw two bed bugs the very next day! Complete waste of money!! You are better off hiring some other company!! Inexperienced pest control company!
