Braces For Adolescents
Report
The Canadian Association of Orthodontists recommends that all children be seen by an orthodontist at the age of seven. However, some patients do not begin treatment until the adolescent years and treatment typically lasts 2-3 years. Early treatment enables the jaws to be precisely aligned as they develop and jaw size to be coordinated with tooth size.
Invisalign
Report
Invisalign is the alternative to traditional braces. It is virtually undetectable to other people. Using a series of clear, customized, removable appliances called "aligners", Invisalign can straighten your teeth with clear confidence. Invisalign uses incredible three-dimensional computer imaging technology to create your sets of aligners.
