AV Works installed smart home technology in our home a few years ago during the construction phase. I have been consistently shocked (in a good way) at their amazing customer service and abilities! When we received our quote the owner Chris attentively put in each item we asked for. We got possession to our house a week before Christmas but Ifor still programmed our equipment so we were up and running over the holidays! We had a glitch once with our speakers and the music wouldnt turn off. Ifor resounded to my late night text (sorry Ifor) and gave me instructions on how to turn them off. 8
