My visit to Keswick Family Eyecare was the first time I was seen by an optometrist. Sara Dicarlo is excellent at what she does and has a genuine passion for helping patients improve their vision. All of the staff I came into contact were very knowledgeable with the product and service being offered at Keswick Family Eyecare. The staff, doctors and management alike are all doing an excellent job so, keep it moving like a well oiled machine and continue to do what you're doing because you're winning! Well done.

After many years of being a loyal patient and the rest of my family to Dr Fung, Dr Di Carlo & Associates......this is the end. My husband and I are booked for June and I cancelled our appointments, since we will no longer be coming here. My daughter was put on a waitlist for an appointment in case someone cancelled. A receptionist called me few… days ago and offered to schedule my daughter today because someone cancelled their appointment. I confirmed with her on the phone that we would happily take that cancelled spot. When we got there she said my daughter does not have an appointment
