We pride ourselves in providing our clients with seasonally inspired local cuisine, served with panache. We are a full service caterer that can provide you with all of your service staff (setup crew, waiters, smart serve bartenders) and all of your rental requirements including tents if necessary. Robin will work with you in creating a menu that is delicious and unique. We offer a vast selection of menus, with an emphasis on contemporary cuisine, using only fresh seasonal produce. Endive spear boats filled with whipped chevre or Stilton/Gorgonzola, candied pecan/walnut and pear. Potato blinis (or rye, pumpernickel or brown bread) topped with smoked salmon, crme fraiche and dill.

NOTE: We will also make, bake and deliver large 'special occasion; pies and casseroles to feed large groups. Ingredients: grain fed air chilled whole chicken, poaching stock, pearl onions, mushrooms, onions, celery, garlic, sage, thyme, parsley, sea salt, white pepper. Mashed potato top: Yukon gold potatoes, milk, butter, aged cheddar and parmesan, sea salt-pepper.

Visit some vendors in the Niagara Region that Robin Howe Catering has had the pleasure of working. Willowbank is a beautiful 13-acre National Historic Site with an impressive 1830s mansion and a richly-layered landscape. It is currently used as a School of Restoration Arts, and that hosts workshops, lecture series, conferences, short courses, consulting activities and social events.
