BedBugs
Our specialized bedbug treatment identifies hidden infestations through thorough property inspections. We deploy targeted heat treatments and minimal chemical applications to eliminate all life stages while preserving property integrity. Each intervention includes preventive measures to ensure complete eradication and future protection.
Raccoons
Professional raccoon removal combines humane trapping with structural repairs to secure properties against re-entry. We address health hazards through safe fecal matter disposal and implement exclusion techniques for attics, chimneys, and outdoor structures while complying with local wildlife regulations.
Wasps and Bees
Our experts handle hazardous wasp and bee nests using protective equipment and species-specific removal techniques. We relocate beneficial colonies when possible and apply preventive treatments to deter reinfestation while maintaining safety for residents and pollinators.
Ants
We target both visible ants and hidden colonies through baiting systems and perimeter treatments. Our approach addresses moisture issues attracting carpenter ants while implementing long-term solutions to prevent structural damage and recurring invasions.
Cockroaches
Professional cockroach elimination employs gel baits and residual treatments to break breeding cycles. We focus on eliminating harborage areas while implementing preventive measures to protect food preparation zones and mitigate health risks associated with bacterial contamination.

Dave was the BEST! He was friendly, professional and informative, and he didn't mind me following him around asking him questions. He explained everything clearly and I cannot recommend him enough.
ZAP Pest Control was easy to book with, had a fast response time, and their 100 day warranty beats most others by at least 10 days. HIGHLY recommend.

I texted and heard back from them immediately with the cost and service guarantee quote right away. They came within 2 hours and Dave was so polite, professional, took the time to explain things without judgement. Closed off the hole where the mice were finding their way in but gave the reassurance that if we still see them around he would be back for free to help. I would 100% recommend this company.

Dave was amazing! very knowledgeable and personable. We had another company come in before, they were horrible with communication, didn't look for entry points, or seal any entries. Dave came in, found all the potential entries, closed them off and put traps in much better locations than the previous company. Thank you!!

This was my first time using ZAP Pest Control. Now I know why they have so many 5-star ratings. What a great experience! I filled out a form online (after hours) and was contacted first thing the next day the lady was professional and got right to the issue at hand. Joel was sent out that day! What a pleasant surprise. Joel was on time and quickly dealt with the two hives. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. There is a guarantee so I feel good about that as well. Without a doubt, I will call ZAP again should I need their help again.

We had a difficult to handle wasp nest somewhere in the soffit of the house. Dave with ZAP was great. He was very friendly and took the time to take us through the process and even discussed with our neighbours. He came back the 2nd time for another treatment to ensure the nest was inactive. Wasp issue was resolved in a timely fashion. Would definitely use ZAP again.
