Had issues with voles in my yard. Called up Japco and appointment was made for the tech to come handle the issue. They used some pellets, which they fed into the voles holes and haven't seen seen any voles since. Great work!

Our teenage son was leaving food in his room and in the basement, which turned into a nightmare mouse problem. We had a couple of different Pest control companies in with no success. Once the Japco team came in, we started having immediate success, and were able to get rid of the mice within a couple of weeks. Their traps were discreet, safe, and effectively placed. Thank you! I strongly recommend, and will utilize them at our business once our existing contracts expire.

JAPCO was excellent with the information they provided over the phone as well as the technician, Andrew, who came out to our home. Andrew advised us that no treatment was actually needed as we did not have an ant problem like we thought we did. We really appreciated his honesty and knowledge.
