Our offices are located in Vancouver, Surrey, Whistler and Squamish, with our subsidiary, Pacific Quorum (Okanagan) Properties Inc. having offices located in Kelowna, Penticton, Salmon Arm and Sicamous.

Over the past few years I have noticed that our property manager is probably one of the most organized, knowledgeable, and downright hardwroking property managers we have ever had. No problem or enquiry is too big or small for her to tackle. I hope we can keep her as our property manager for many years to come.

MAINTENANCE - We manage maintenance requirements of your property. We ensure qualified trades with appropriate insurance and WorkSafe coverage are utilized. Approval is obtained before proceeding with expenditures over the pre-determined expenditure limit. We regularly monitor all building systems, including fire alarms, elevators, and emergency plans and procedures.
