She organized all the paperwork and walked me through each step. She made what could have been an extremely challenging process very simple and accessible. As a result of her thoughtful and compassionate care and the resulting wheelchair, the quality of my life has improved significantly. I am so grateful for all her dedication and care. My brother purchased a chair in March 2017. no Manuel or Warrenty. the thing was faulty from the start. there sits 26 grand. I am absolutely livid!
