Office hours are approximately 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturdays. Each therapist's hours vary, so please call the office to check availability and book your appointment.

Pregnancy massage helps focus on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of the child-bearing experience. Massage during pregnancy helps to provide emotional support and nurturing touch and can provide much needed relaxation. It relieves stress on the weight-bearing joints (low back, pelvis, hips and ankles) and reduces neck and back pain caused by muscle imbalance and weakness.

Massage therapy is not paid for by OHIP, but is covered by many Extended Health Care Insurance programs (check at your place of employment). Doctors often prescribe massage therapy, but since Massage Therapists are primary practitioners, it is not necessary to have a referral unless required by your insurance policy.
