Diced Mushrooms cooked in cashew nut puree, roasted spices, with onions and tomatoes curry, finished with cilantro.

Boneless meat produced from a wide but balanced range of spices made in a famous traditional "curry" sauce. Meat cooked with curry leaf, mustard seed, hot chillies and coconut milk with garlic onions and tomatoes.
