I am disappointed with their policies in reference to children. We took our son to have a tooth fixed. At the appointment, he became nervous about the needle that was needed to do the procedure. We were told that they usually don't encourage parents to come into the room during the procedure as it makes it easier to complete the process. This implies that they are not interested in the child's consent about the procedure, particularly the use of a needle. We made the decision to stop the process and were charged $150. When we phoned the office directly after getting home to discuss the situation

Discover Dental is top of the line in staff and service as well as having the most current equipment and procedures. Their Covid protocols are top notch, and I love that all dental processes occur in individual rooms. Thank you for your friendliness, safety practices and attention to our needs!

Please be aware. After expensive long term care and overly zealous care for my six year old I finally disputed a $200 bill. Instead of calling me to discuss he reported it to a collections agency. There is too great a focus on making money and not enough on good patient care and communication. Very disappointed in their business practice. Melissa McAfee
