Hi Friends, Here is another Kitchadi (basmati rice and dal stew) to help your body in the Spring transition. If you have a hard time with spring allergies and congestion, add more water an ginger. As I had detailed in Metta Blog 15, Spring is the hardest season on our bodies because of the transition from a heating system during winter to a cooling system in Spring.
