My son had symptoms of covid, so I called them several times to let them know I cant show up to my appointment. Wouldnt want to risk getting others sick. Not only do they never pick up their phone, but they charged me $109 for a no show fee. Speaking to my lawyer about this. This is unethical in every way possible.
