Ive been to York Mills spa & wellness Centre previously and had a wonderful experience. However this recent experience was not good at all. My masseuse appeared to be sick sniffling throughout the massage and at one point even sneezed. As I was paying I heard the employee at the front desk say to the other receptionist that someone (likely my masseuse) was not feeling well and that they needed to cancel the rest of her appointments that day. As I was getting ready to leave and change into my own shoes one of the employees started to spray the spa slippers with disinfectant as i was sitting there

I left in much more pain than when I came after receiving a massage. The masseuse was a little rude, did not listen. Was not relaxing at all - would not recommend.

I've been there many times. The massage therapists specially Grace, gigi and Mr. Chi were very professional. I got mix of relaxing and hot stone massage. Price was reasonable. $95/1hr
The area was clean and quiet, and it has free parking. Really great experience. Highly recommended.

I loved the massage and great service. But had few initial hiccups with front desk lady not knowing any details and sending me up and down twice and making me wait inspite of having an appointment. 4 points only bcos of the front desk fiasco
