Although some businesses are allowed to reopen with a limited capacity, we will be continuing curbside care due to the number of staff we have working at any given time, and the small space we have to work together in.

We request that all animals be on a leash or in a cage. After the Veterinarian has done a physical examination on your pet, we will call you to discuss findings and further treatment if necessary.

Once checked in with reception, one of our registered veterinary technicians will see you into the examination room and we'll ask a few questions and measure your pet's vital signs - just like when you go for a visit to your family doctor! A veterinarian will then meet you, ask a few more questions about your pet's health, examine your pet, talk about any questions or concerns you may have and plan further diagnostics or treatment as needed.

All medical cases occuring after hours are referred here as are patients requiring critical monitoring overnight or over the weekend. VECYR can be found at 1210 Journey's End Drive in Newmarket, just off Harry Walker Parkway, north of Davis Drive.
