Prices seem reasonable and the staff seem like they really care for the animals. Great first visit and the doctor didn't seemed rushed and asked lots of questions.

The people who work there were very kind to me and my dog. They gave me options on how to look after my sick dog, and gave my wife and I time and privacy to discuss which option we wanted to try. Our dog is doing well and I wouldn't hesitate to take her there again. Plus the ladies there let me practice my terrible Portuguese !

Weve been taking our dog Cody here for many years. Through the various health issues of an older dog, they have been so caring and compassionate, even able to offer options through COVID. Excellent.

We are very happy with the care that we have received from Thicketwood. In particular, Dr. Ben has been wonderful with his care of our cat who has cancer. After her surgeries, he called several times to check on her progress and has even waved fees for quick check in appointments to monitor her condition. Thank you Dr. Ben for all that you have done for our family!
