Owing to an overwhelming number of patients visiting Medi Plus I to see our experienced doctors, we have opened Medi Plus II to better serve our patients and significantly reduce wait times.

The Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP), provides Alberta residents with full coverage for medically necessary physician health services. Laboratory, radiological and other diagnostic procedures (including interpretation) to maintain health, prevent disease and help diagnose/treat any injury, illness or disability.
Uninsured services

The Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP) does not cover all health care services. However, some services not covered by the AHCIP may be covered by other government sponsored or private supplementary health insurance. Contact Alberta Health Services about exceptions, or for information on immunizations, call Health Link at 811.

We cannot assure you the time & date requested while booking an appointment online as online booking system is not integrated into our EMR. Time & Date are subject to availability in our EMR.

New patients may need to have medical files transferred from their previous physician's office. The patient must authorize the release of any medical files with the signing of a consent form. Contact your pharmacy. Your pharmacist may be able to fill the prescription or fax the physician to get an electronic prescription refill.
