At Forest Lane Medical Clinic, we are pleased to offer same day appointments or walk-in medical care. You do not need to be a registered clinic patient in order to attend our clinic. We are a full service medical clinic. Once your medical issue has been assessed we will be able to assist you to find the most appropriate treatment.

Please ensure your contact information is up to date. We request you update them regularly to ensure we are able to contact you for your results, appointments and messages. Please limit your visit to 1-2 of your most concerning issues, and book follow-up visits for any remaining concerns. For our regular patients we will try our best to arrange for same day appointments for urgent issues.
Walk-in services

Pregnancy testing and counselling (including referral for prenatal care or abortion services at your request). Please call 911 if you are having symptoms of a serious illness, such as a heart attack or stroke (chest pain, shortness of breath, or new onset of neurological symptoms).
If you have an injury that would require immediate imaging, please go to the emergency room for assessment, as they will have on-site radiology services readily available.
