We handle permits, waterproofing, and full-suite installations while maintaining strict quality control. Clients benefit from transparent pricing, dedicated project management, and lifetime warranty coverage for lasting value.
Basement Waterproofing
Our waterproofing solutions protect basements against moisture intrusion using patented DryBarrier Subfloor Systems and mold-resistant materials. The engineered Waterproof, Mold-Free Envelope system creates a durable barrier while maintaining airflow. This prevents structural damage and health hazards, ensuring dry, habitable spaces that comply with building codes and enhance property value.

Our team ensures compliance with safety standards while optimizing space functionality. Advanced calculations and material selection guarantee structural integrity, supporting long-term durability for both residential and commercial applications.
Building Permits
Harmony Basements manages the entire building permit process, including architectural drawings, submissions, and inspections. Our expertise in municipal regulations ensures timely approvals while maintaining code compliance. This service eliminates client responsibility for paperwork, reducing delays and guaranteeing legal, inspected renovations that meet all zoning requirements.
Laneway Suites
We design and construct laneway and garden suites that maximize property potential while adhering to zoning laws. One of the worst basement contractors. They were recommended to me by a friend they were really good before and new management has taken over since the pandemic, now they They will try to ask for ever penny for simple stuff that they said would be in the contract. Even if they offer you a good deal I wouldnt go with them they will lie cheat and scam. They have fake reviews to give them good ratings dont go by homestars

Harmony Basements have met our expectations. They have done a good job. Our first meeting with Claudio and Diego went well we knew right away after they told us and explained the process we knew they knew what they were doing. We had all the options explained to us and how the company operates. The material selections was done quick and easy in the decor studio located in Woodbridge at the their main office

Our experience with Harmony Basement's finishing of our basement including a bathroom was very positive. We found the contractors were very hard working and reliable, showing up on time and cleaning up daily. Claudio, the supervisor always listened to our concerns during the process and took action. Diego's was a great help in designing the layout. The drywall finishing and painting were simply outstanding and George was a "workhorse" with the long hours he worked on site to complete the framing and drywall installation. The project was completed on time. We are extremely satisfied with the results
