What are your operating hours?
We're open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our phones are answered daily between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM for appointment scheduling and inquiries.

Truly amazing! Throughout my many dental appointments, I have felt so welcomed from the front desk staff, they are awesome specially Azita. Dr Hessein Sarafan kept me informed about everything throughout my entire process of extensive dental work that it put me at such ease, that I dont mind going to the dentist! His dental assistant (Parvin) is awesome. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend booked an appointment for me during my lunch time and I got a call 2 hours earlier than scheduled and I was in a meeting with my boss so I couldnt pick up and then later on they said someone will call me back but no one ever called me back and I wasted 1.5 hrs waiting for Dr. Mahshid Gharedaghi, its very unfortunate as she is a fantastic doctor and person but very unreliable scheduling and impossible to meet her as theres a 1 month wait time.

I booked a phone appointment during my lunch hour (for 1 PM) and then when the time came for my appointment there was an estimate 90-180 minute waiting time. Dr. Mohajerani eventually called me at 3:42 PM and by then I was in a meeting and couldn't pick up. I called them back and the receptionist was not at all sorry and blamed me for not picking up her call. She asked me why I wasn't by my phone and said she'll leave a note by my name but she's not sure if the doctor will have time to call me back.
