My husband and I called better windows and doors wondered if the showroom was open cause of Covid. The woman on the phone said yes, so I told her when we would be there. So we went and she gave us a book and some papers and she said we could put our contact info so a sales representative would call, but as soon as we got there we felt like we were inconveniencing her. Not a very welcoming atmosphere .

From the moment Barry came to our home to measure and provide a quote to the professionalism of the entire installation crew, we can't thank you enough for doing a fantastic job installing our windows most recently, and our doors in the past. From Anita & Kathleen in the office, to the sales and installation crews, everyone was great to deal with. Dave and crew (Nick, Mike, McKay, Noah and others) were very conscientious and respectful on site. Excellent prices, excellent customer service! We are extremely happy and wouldn't hesitate to refer Better Windows and Doors. If you are considering a new

10+++++++. I contacted Better Windows and Doors to replace my patio door. Gary came out within a day and measured and gave me a quote, which was very reasonable. I wanted a specific door and so we ordered that one. Then a week or two later I decided I wanted the other door and contacted Gary who said it wouldnt be an issue as long as the manufacturer hadnt started it yet. Then a week later I changed my mind again and again contacted Gary who laughed and happily changed my order again. Many places would have given me attitude but not Better Windows and Doors. Their service is amazing. They
