Disappointing. After reading these great reviews and receiving a recommendation from the vestibular association in the US, I decided to book an appointment with Roland online.
Unfortunately, something went wrong and I ended up seeing a different practitioner who was very little help. He didn't even have me repeat the problematic movements that sent me there in the first place. I left not knowing the cause of the problem. The appointment was on time. The "treatment" was clean, tidy and very basic. The female in reception from Kintec was friendly and helpful, in fact, I'll probably return for

Roland is by far, hands down, just the best! I always joke that if I was a millionaire, I'd have him on payroll full time. He knows what he's doing, he's absolutely personable, and no matter what, you'll feel at ease with him.
