Our school has produced virtually all of the Kickboxing and Muay Thai Champions that have come out of Red Deer and the central Alberta area for the past 30 years. This is why our school has become known as the "House Of Champions".

At Cheney's Zen Karate & Kickboxing our goal is for students to develop both a strong mind and body. Respect, Focus and Self Discipline are some of the values that play a vital role in our training. Our programs place great emphasis on both academic as well as martial arts achievement. All children training at our school and our affiliate schools are required to maintain a strong academic performance while training with us.
