Scammers! I bought a new phone battery from them. They gave me the option to buy a $40 battery or pay 2x for a battery with lifetime guarantee. I paid the extra for lifetime guarantee. Fast forward 2 years when my battery isnt holding a charge again so I went in to get a new one with my lifetime guarantee. They tell me Id have to just buy a new battery again because the lifetime guarantee just covers battery damage, not expected degradation due to age. So whats the point of me paying for a lifetime guarantee ????
Dont fall for this scam. Get your phone fixed elsewhere where

One star is too high of a review. Our daughter took in an iPhone as the charger port was not working. She was charged $50.00 for them to run diagnosis. Bottomline, they removed parts without authorization and phone returned unrepaired and with missing parts. In addition Chris had the gall to offer our daughter $50 for a $500 phone. Scammers, rude and extremely pushy, run the other way
