I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone suffering from TMJ. After trying multiple treatments with no benefit and a basic nightguard from my dentist, I decided to take the plunge and have a consult. I went with the stabilization splint plan and have no regrets. I saw a big difference after about 1 month with headaches being about 90% gone and my jaw no longer shifts to one side upon opening and closing.

Dr. Tejani is a great professional at TMD and any other jaw related pain management. I came to ORC in 2019 after experiencing jaw cracking and pain symptoms. He did a full examination and suggested the bite guard appliance to be worn at all times for 90 days then switch to night use only. I entered the therapy in January 2020 and after 3 months of on and off, loving and hating the appliance every other day or so, I am practically pain-free and ready to resume my life without worrying about TMD all the time. I started going to ORC about 3 years ago for TMJ issues--I had cracking/popping jaw joints, pain from my jaw to my neck and frequent headaches. I had two different appliances from Dr. Tejani which greatly relieved my symptoms from the start, and then I had braces, which also helped. Since I started my treatment at ORC I have been pretty much symptom-free. Prior to this I had sought various different treatments elsewhere without any results. I am very happy with my treatment at ORC and Dr. Tejani and Sherona are always very attentive and professional.

Dr Tejani solved an extremely tricky problem in my case, one with a long history of mysterious symptoms that nobody else could quite diagnose. I've been suffering from head aches, jaw pain and stiffness in my arms.
Dr Tejani has given me most of my function back. The MAGO appliance has helped my jaw relax and relieve most other symptoms.
