SPIN: A 45 - 60 minute class. Come and see why our spin classes are called "the best on Vancouver lsland." But be careful - it's addictive! Spinning is a non-impact class done on indoor cycles, in a group setting with an enthusiastic spin instructor leading the way. Lively music plays to get us going.

CIRCUITS: A 60 minute class set up with various exercise stations, you'll move around each station to target and workout different muscle groups. You'll work hard and test both your cardio and strength for an all-round challenge! Great for all levels. HIIT: A 45- 60 minute class that is challenging, fun and great for any level of fitness goer!
