Made several purchases years ago and this review is loooong overdue. Ive since moved, otherwise I would continue shopping there. I purchased a purse at their Ronsy location. The colour I wanted was at their other location. I wasnt able to get to their other location and I had a newborn and getting to the Ronsy location was even a challange. They ordered the purse from the other store and DROPPED IF OFF AT MY HOUSE!! Such incredible customer service. And this wasnt the first thoughtful service. I purchased a different purse from their old Queen location. The seem broke so I brought it in

Bought the most beautiful pair of boots from here customer service was incredible. The store owner and worker were so helpful answering my questions, both online and in person. They also have a great selection of super cute gifts and housewares

Almost everyday I passed by their window and there is always something that makes me smile. I loved the kitchen towels that I got and their website is very easy to navigate, it was quickly ready to pick up!

Such lovely people selling such lovely stuff. From cards to candles to notebooks and quirky, fun gifts, this shop is always a pleasure to meet. Staff are always helpful and never pushy. Overall, a consistently enjoyable shopping experience.
