An established part of the Cabbagetown neighbourhood, Del-Ray Cleaners is my choice for professional dry cleaning service using environmentally responsible processes. My tailored jackets and coats look like new everytime I get them cleaned here. They did an amazing job on a quilted bed throw as well! Highly recommend.

This owner is rude and aggressive. I went in to ask about having the waist band on a pair of shorts altered because the fit wasn't quite right. The lady was quite pleasant but she said she would have to consult with the guy (I assume the owner) without asking me what I wanted or looking at the shorts he barked "No can do, too complicated, buy new shorts" at this point I haven't told him what I specifically needed done yet. This place is trash!!!

I went in a few weeks ago to have the zipper on my nylon backpack repaired, the first day I went in a younger guy looked at my backpack and said it looked easy enoigh but the person who does the repairs is gone for the day. I returned the following day and I encountered the older guy who was quick to say, no can do, take it to shoe maker down the road. To emphasize how easy the fix was, I got back home, pulled out my needle & thread, fixed it myself. This older guy is unpleasant and it appears he is the owner
