I'm a little torn on this. I first reached out to Kerr & Kerr mid-June looking for a consultation on our full backyard landscape deck and patio job. We got an appointment scheduled for August. After the months of waiting they showed up and we had a great conversation about the plans for the backyard - my wife and I were excited. After being told I'd get a proposal within a week, I waited and then reached out. I was told just a few more things were needed to be finalized before I'd get a proposal but to expect it in a few days. I've since sent multiple follow up emails to which I'm not getting a
