Placed an order over the phone and was told that it would be ready for pickup same day . All items were in stock . Arrived at store to pickup ,,, person at counter asked what I was here for ,, had trouble getting my name straight ,,, returned to counter and said come back tomorrow we are busy with other orders,, they need time to cut material ,,, 2 things ,,, the people skills are lacking and get it straight between departments ,,, a total waste of time and gas .

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. God forbid you would receive any defective item, they will leave you high and dry and you have to deal with the vendors by yourself. They will deny you exchange or return and will hide behind polices that only exist in there's corporate office.

Purchased a cowling cover (custom order) Does not fit on wheels or on floats. Spruce claimed because it was the aircraft was on floats the cover doesnt fit properly. Zero responsibility for frankly a garbage product. Will never order anything from spruce again.

Ordered a David Clark One-X for my flight lessons, the box arrived in pristine condition, very nicely wrapped and protected. It was packaged with great care and unused (aka not a product that was a customer returned one like I sometimes have at Amazon for example). Also asked a few questions on the website AircraftSpruce.ca, and the lady was very nice, courteous and helpful. Thank you SO much for being so nice and professional AircraftSpruce, I'll definitely order again and recommend your place in the near future !
