Services
Report
We offer a wide range of services including medical, diagnostic, surgical, and preventive health care needs for your pet so they live a longer, healthier, happier life. During surgery and other medical procedures, our veterinary health team monitors all patients to ensure their safety. We monitor every procedure, regardless of whether it's routine or more advanced.
The Beginning
Report
In 2009, when Gaelin decided to open her own practice, much thought was given to what and where to build. After a lot of consideration, the O'Grady's decided to build on their home farm since it was close enough to local towns and only 40 to 50 minutes from Scotia Bank Place in Ottawa. It would also mean that more time could be spent with their two daughters.
Emergency Services
Report
We do understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly. As a client of ours, if you feel that your pet is in need of medical attention while we are open, we will make arrangements to have your pet seen as soon as possible. If no appointment times are available then this may entail having Dr. O'Grady or one of our technicians doing an initial evaluation and admitting your pet for further assessment in-hospital.
Accreditation
Report
All veterinarians in Ontario MUST be licensed by the CVO (College of Veterinarians of Ontario) and must meet certain regulations and continue to be governed by the CVO throughout their careers. As requirements change, vets must rise to the challenge in order to maintain their status as a practicing veterinarian.
New Clients
Report
We love meeting new clients! We take pride in making people and their pets feel welcome and comfortable in our animal hospital. We believe in developing an open and mutually respectful relationship with all our clients. We encourage clients to look to us as their pet care expert and to feel comfortable talking to us about any of your concerns regarding your pet.
