Love this place! I have been going for over a year and the staff are always courteous and professional. I always see Bianca, she is the best!
Update 2017, 3 years later this place is still number 1 spa imho. The quality of service has been solid throughout almost 5 years now. They always keep up to date on the best products. I see Bianca but there isn't a staff member there I wouldn't see, they are all great.

I was so impressed by my Brazilian I had to leave a google review. Not only was Sarah professional she was super down to earth and made my entire experience that much more comfortable. Also should add that Im 9 months pregnant she was overall one of the best and most amazing estheticians I have had. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend her to friends! Great experience 10/10!

Wow! I can not recommend this place enough! I recently moved to Ottawa and needed to find a place to start getting my eye brows waxed, this was the first place I tried and I will never have to look again! I have never had such a nice, friendly, professional service! I have had so many botched eyebrow stories and the aesthetician took time to listen to exactly what I wanted and walked me through each step to make sure we got it. I've been coming here for a long time and I've been to various spa's for waxings since highschool and this has always been my favourite place to do so. All the employee's are so nice and they work really hard. Would recommend for anyone lookikg. They also carry a wide range of products too.

I have been going to Sophia esthetics for waxing and facials and I am very satisfied with my experience. I have seen Bianca who is always on time and very efficient and experienced at her job. I always feel reassured in terms of what she is doing to ensure I feel comfortable at all times. She will always provide helpful advice and is great to talk to. I have also seen Brittany, who is also very friendly and knowledgeable. She is very efficient while being very detailed oriented which is very nice to see. Overall this is a great place that provides great services with very friendly and experienced
