Dr. Rita Patel and the staff are awesome. Appointments are easy to get in short time and the facility is very clean. Dr. Patel knows her job well and always give an honest advice. She is the only dentist in town who follows dental prices guideline for your insurance coverage. Highly recommended if you are looking for best in service and price.

This has been my dental office for years, my experience with them has never been anything but exceptional!! Appointments are made in urgency if required, which is so accommodating. Dr. Patel and the staff are super friendly and amazing with explaining and answering any and all questions. Dr. Patel is great with my kids, always so caring and helpful. She is highly knowledgeable and is always there for you. I highly recommended!!

Excellent service and communication from the time of booking my appointments with the receptionists to the dental hygienist and dentist completing the work. All staff are professional and courteous.

Cleanliness is at a very high standard. This dentist office also completes a dental claim pre-estimate with my insurance provider prior to conducting procedures which explains the amount paid by the plan and my out of pocket expenses. I fully recommend the Dentists at Thickwood!

The appointments are very easy to get in shorter time frame, especially when you are in pain. The clinic is really nice and staff is super friendly. I have all dental checkups, filling and a root canal with Dr. Patel. She is highly knowledgeable in her field, empathetic and a problem solver. Highly recommended!

As much as taking care of our dental health, the staff are kind and amazing, very professional. Dr. Patel with her assistant are superb. Thank you for excellent service. Much appreciated with a proof, my son on his tooth cleaned, extraction and refferal for a new braces, HE looks more handsome and for me with my new Ms. Universe denture look, beautiful:)
