I just recently moved to town and decided to check out the local mattress store. When I first arrived I had amazing service from the young lady (Lauren) who went above and beyond to help me, even recommended local eats/shops/things to do. My second time in I spoke with another women (Sandy) who was more than great. However, I was left to finalize my purchase with a third young lady who was anything but kind. I was spoken to with attitude and treated as if I was incompetent. I was so frustrated I left without purchase. I only write this because it's a shame how quickly a single person can alter
