A graduate of the University of Calgary (B.A. Political Science and Sociology) and of Queen's Law School, I have lived and worked in the GTA since 2003, including six years in private practice as an estates lawyer in Toronto, Vaughan and Brampton.

I then create a tailored Estate Plan that meets each client's unique needs and requirements. My goal is to create peace of mind for clients by working with them to put an effective plan in place for situations of potential incapacity and to achieve testamentary wishes.

A not uncommon occurrence these days finds single adult children residing with an elderly, surviving parent. The parent, more often than not, requires some assistance with their health care, household tasks and the management of their financial affairs. Usually the co-habiting child. I recently visited India and thought I would share some interesting information.
