Our Strawberries and Raspberries are picked daily from early June to Thanksgiving. We have five June-bearing Strawberry varieties, two Day-Neutral varieties and six types of summer and fall raspberries. We also have Pick-your-own Strawberries! We are committed to offering our customers the very best that Norfolk County has to offer.

We are so proud of all of the staff at Wholesome Pickins! Many of them have been with us for several seasons and they each make our farm a safe and happy place! We look forward to all the new staff joining us this year that will help make the business a warm and welcoming environment! Sierra and Shian are 2 staff members that can do just about anything!
Strawberries
Report
Wholesome Pickins grows five different varieties of June-bearing strawberries on three acres of land on our Delhi farm. We begin our harvest with Mohawk and Annapolis. Next follows our mid-season variety, Jewel. The last varieties to ripen are Valley Sunset and Serenity. Our strawberry season usually lasts four to five weeks, and during that time we also offer pick-your-own.
Raspberries
Report
Wholesome Pickins grows two different types of raspberries: summer and fall bearing varieties. During the summer season we harvest Prelude, Nova, Lauren, Titan, Killarney and Tulameen. Our fall bearing variety, Autumn Britten, begins in mid to late August, and we harvest until first frost. Raspberries are the most fragile of all berries and must be picked very gently.
Pick-Your-Own

This season all containers will be provided by Wholesome Pickins. We have 1L, 4L, and 6 quart flats available. When you visit the farm you will enter the store and pre-pay for your container and the berries you will pick. Prices will vary, please ask in-store for current pricing. You will then be given directions to the field.
