Manitoulin Island has a wide range of activities and adventures what ever the age young and old. Join us for some good, clean northern Ontario fun in the heart of the most spectacular scenery on Manitoulin Island. The Manitoulin area is truly an all-season recreational paradise. Dawson Resort is an ideal setting for kids sun bathing, swimming playing on the beach and having fun on Lake Kagawong.
Boats & Motors

Vacationers can bring their own boats and dock them right in front of their cabin at our docking facility. The docking area is lighted and there are electric hook-ups available in the boathouse for rentals or customers boats. Boat ramp nearby on the resort. You can see the docking area here. We offer weekly, daily, or half-day boat, motor, rentals.
Hunting

Quality hunts available at Dawson Resort on Manitoulin Island. Land owner consent is available or if you have your own property, we can provide accommodations. We can take care of all your deer hunting needs. Each year there are about 3,000 deer harvested. The annual deer hunt is held Monday thru Sunday of the third week in November.
Rates
Report
During the summer, we prefer to rent by the week but we do not turn away day rental if we have cottages available. All cottages are subject to tax currently of 13%. We require a deposit of $100.00 per cottage per week as confirmation of your reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and not transferable.
